- April 2013 – Corcoran first contacts the Town about its plans to purchase Weiss Farm and develop up rental dwelling units
- July 22, 2013 - Corcoran writes the Board of Selectmen regarding the proposed development, not including details, such as the number of dwelling units, number and size of buildings or layout of the site.
- On October 2, 2013, John M. Corcoran and Company (“Corcoran”) filed an application for a “Project Eligibility Letter” with MassHousing.
- The proposed development for which a Project Eligibility Letter is sought by Corcoran has:- 264 rental apartments homes, including 66 affordable units:

- Deadline for comments by Board of Selectmen to MassHousing extended to Friday, December 20, 2013.
