Upcoming Opportunities to Get Involved:
Trainings
Participating in the census is in everyone's best interest, because the information on the forms is used by decision-makers to determine which communities, schools, hospitals, and roads need federal funding. The Stoneham Complete Count Committee will be hosting trainings to help educate the public on the upcoming Census and answer any outstanding questions you may have. All program graduates will receive a commemorative pin. Training dates are posted to the left!
As community members, YOU are the trusted voice in this process. Tell your friends, neighbors, and family members that the Census is safe and the Census Bureau takes extraordinary steps to protect the security of responses collected throughout this process.
Participate in National Census Day
National Census Day is April 1, 2020 and the Town of Stoneham along with some of its local partners are hosting a town-wide Community Day to celebrate. Details will be posted soon but mark your calendar and plan to participate in one of the many free events and programs.
Make Sure Your Household COUNTS
It's so important that every single member of your household is counted in the upcoming Census. It is illegal for the Census Bureau, or its employees, to share your personal information with any other government agency, including: local law enforcement, IRS, Health and Human Services, FBI, ICE, etc.
If you're looking for ways to share the Stoneham Counts brand, the Complete Count Committee has curated a full branding suite so you can show off your census pride. Download items below and show off your hometown pride!
