The Human Resources Department assists the Town Administrator to create and administer policies and practices that attract, develop and sustain a professional and productive workforce and work environment.

The staff of the Human Resources Department works to enhance the full cycle of the employment experience by reinforcing organizational values of customer service, equitable treatment, recognition and appreciation of diversity, collaborative teamwork, and effective communication.
